I completed the City & Guilds (UK) Certificate in General Patisserie & Confectionery course.The teachers are well experience in the industry. During our practicals they carefully identified our mistakes and taught us how to resolve them to achieve perfect results.I was able to face my final practical exams with confidence. My sincere thanks to the Madam, Sir, and the Chef for sharing their knowledge with us. I highly recommend this institution as one of the best places to learn professional bakery and patisserie.

Had such a wonderful experience at the sushi workshop. It was truly enjoyable, informative, and gave me the opportunity to learn so many new things about sushi-making.
