“City & Guilds (UK) Level 3 Award in Sugar Craft” is a 3 1/2 months (14 days, 8 hours per day) course offered by the “Cakieeez Academy” under the category “Level 2 Certificate” as classified by the City & Guilds Group (UK). The course is designed to provide the fundamentals of patisserie and confectionery to all who wish to learn the art from the beginning which is aimed at giving loads of individual hands on experience and knowledge.
